The purpose of the “Food” column is to share recipes that I found interesting, or worthy of sharing. Since being diagnosed with Endometriosis, I’ve taken control of my diet and have fallen in love with the magic that can happen in my little kitchen.

Most of what I’ll share will be low-fat, low-carb, and low-sodium. I steer away from red meats, and most things fried, but I’m sure there will be days when I’m feeling bold. Please feel free to recommend recipes, and I will share my experiences there as well.
